Over the four years of dealing with Shottenkirk, I have been completely satisfied and thrilled with their sales, service and the product until now. Had the recall service done, the replacement of rear came been completely satisfied and thrilled with their sales, service and the product until now. Had the recall service done, the replacement of rear camera cable, but they failed to do a quality control check of the service performed, because they would have, they would noticed the right rear door weather strip wasn't replaced properly, and the right rear storage area side panel was bent and not reseated properly. I put the weather strip in but the panel I'll just have them look at it during my next oil change; not worth the time, trouble and expense of taking it back in just to have the panel reinstalled properly. I rated the service average because I had a warrenty service with Day's Chevrolet and the failed to snap back in the center console properly and now live with a gap on one side they claim was factory defect.... So it appears damaged panels during warrenty repair is to be expected and industry standard and "average." More

My Civic's AC experienced a full-system meltdown, and John was very considerate and empathetic as he explained the issue to me and prepared me for what it would cost to fix it.
