I did not have a very good experience with this visit. They said I would be there for 1 hour, ended up being there for 4 hours. They didn’t offer a shuttle service for lunch or anything. They also told me that my “subframe” was bent, then stated that they were unable to align my vehicle properly due to that issue. I went back to my original dealer that I bought the vehicle from (which isn’t Shottenkirk). They had the service manager look at the subframe, it was not bent at all! He let me look at it while they were checking. So I saw for myself. Basically Shottenkirk didn’t know how to do an alignment, because it was way off. But my normal dealer got it back on track, and my vehicle is good to go now. Shottenkirk was a waste of money. Took 400 dollars from me, didn’t even fill my tires up with air. The light came on as I was driving home that day. I called about the tires, they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Shottenkirk is all about making money. I’ll never go back! More
