The main issue I came in for service was not resolved. If they were unable to fixed the problem, don't tell me about other issues. All I wanted was the main issue I came in to fix. We made a appointment at the dealership for a recall and oil change. We were told to ask for a loaner so we didn't have to wait at the dealership. They advised they didn't have one available, and was neve oil change. We were told to ask for a loaner so we didn't have to wait at the dealership. I was disappointed, when no one asked do we need anything not even offering a cup of coffee. When I made this appointment I was told make it days ahead so they could order the recall part. Never was I told that I had to have the vehicle there before the parts for the recall could be ordered. She told me they were on back order. This was Monday June 19th when we brought the Honda in, and we just received a email the parts are there June 20th. Therefore it's another day I have to take off work. I paid for bumper to bumper coverage at the time I bought the Honda for 6 yrs. More
