Sagar was rude and condescending and very aggressive in his sales tactics. He implied several times that I had a problem if I did not recognize that this was a good deal. The finance Manager was polite but so talkative to the point that I could not review the documentation. He constantly told me I did not need to review the Information because it was all standard. It turns out that they tried to slip in the platinum care product that I had refused during negotiations. Sagar returned to the finance office at that point, at first telling me everything was OK and then dismissive whenI indicated that I had not agreed that product. The product was ultimately removed when I insisted upon it. I had been promised a full tank of gas, but received less than half of a tank when I left the dealership. I thought about returning to the dealership to insist upon it, but decided I did not want to deal with the staff anymore. Moreover, part of the deal was that they would remove the bike hitch from my old vehicle and return it to me during the trade-in process. I had to ask several times for this to happen and It was not done until I indicated that I would not leave until I received my bike rack back. The gentleman who removed it and help me load it into the new CRV was the kindest and nicest person there. If I had not been tired of the entire car search process over several months, I would not have purchased the car from this dealership. I love the car, very unhappy with the dealership. More
