I had an outstanding experience working with Phillip - Jeff Bareford

I had an outstanding experience working with Phillip Najera at Shottenkirk Honda with the purchase of my 2026 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. From the very beginning, Phillip demonstrated exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to ensuring I received the best possible financing approval based on my individual financial situation. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and worked diligently to secure the precise vehicle and loan terms I wanted. Throughout the entire process, Phillip was transparent, patient, and genuinely committed to achieving the best outcome for me rather than simply making a sale. His level of customer service far exceeded my expectations and is a true reflection of what outstanding automotive sales and customer care should look like. Employees like Phillip Najera are a tremendous asset to Shottenkirk Honda and deserve professional recognition for their commitment to excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction. Because of Phillip's exceptional service, I will confidently return to Shottenkirk Honda for future vehicle purchases and will gladly recommend both Phillip Najera and the dealership to family, friends, and colleagues. He has earned my trust, my loyalty, and my future business.

Mike Silva and Viet Le in the Service Departmetn of Elk - Cath

Mike Silva and Viet Le in the Service Departmetn of Elk Grove Honda are the most dishonest, unprofessional and unethical. They are negligent and damage cars while overcharging. They take no ownership for damages, and will go at any lenght to lie and deceive and verbally abuse clients who have valid concerns... Just awful place... Mike Silva should be fired, along with this right hand-Viet le....
