Employees are cordial and providing a shuttle service is essential for me. I may purchase my next vehicle from Shottenkirk, but I will not buy the additional service agreement since it has not been helpful essential for me. Tried to add additional item, repeatedly. Also when going to meet Service mgr- was made to feel we’re bothering. My salesperson-Mario was great - others not so much. Also, I asked for SUV back cover- was not in contract at end- sales mgr didn’t know cost or seem interested. I almost left at the exact moment. Went home found item on Amazon for $100 item. You almost lost a sale for $100 item. I came in with decent down, have good credit and had online price from Sam’s club. Should have been easy and simple. Will tell all of great product but bad service. More
