He allowed us to proceed with the maneuvers I required to complete our test drive. Mandeep did a great job working with us to the price for finance (very good Customer Service). Even though I had an appointment I still had a wait. Patrick was friendly until the discussion about our extended warranty. Then his tone changed to condescending and dismissive.
