He threw a fit like a little kid because we wanted a lower price on the car and we told him we were going to another dealership for a better deal and threw the "I know the sales manager there and you won't find a better deal" non-sense so he can get the sale. AVOID THIS BUM AT ALL COST!!! he needs to work on his attitude and his manners because it seemed like mommy and daddy didn't give him enough attention as a kid so he has to lash out his anger at customers because they won't accept the first offer of the car. SAVE YOURSELF and work with a salesperson that actually cares about the customer by taking their time and not rushing the sale and being rude. More

A Total waste of my time on a Holiday weekend. Wow! I wished I had checked delaerrater.com first! I had a very similar experience to the prior two reviewers. I also worked with Sagar Sigdel, a.k.a. In prior weeks, I had only been talking to Sigi about a 2019 Touring model they had which is now almost a two year old vehicle. I found a comp for the same model year in SoCal and via email he said he would beat it. Then when I drive 30 miles out of my way the next day to buy the car, he tries to sell me a base model for the same price the SoCal dealer was selling the Touring. Sigi is either incredibly stupid or a disingenuous liar. He was very rude and insinuated I was the one making the error, and never apologized for wasting my time. I agree, This dealership is dishonest and disrespectful. I will never do business here again...and you shouldn’t either. More

I spent 2.5 hours at this dealership negotiating numbers only for the finance person to come in and raise the price and stating they "can't go lower". THEN WHAT WAS THE POINT OF NEGOTIATING FOR 2 HOURS?? I live in Davis and I would rather take my business elsewhere. I suggest you save yourself the stress and do the same. More

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE- Worst experience ever. If zero stars was an option, I would have chosen that instead. I took the day off of work and drove three hours to the dealership with a written quote in hand. I was an option, I would have chosen that instead. When I got there, they told me that they were unable to do the deal unless I was willing to pay another 9K in service and maintenance contracts. I also had it in writing that the agreed upon price did not include any of those add-one. The salesperson, Siggi, and the finance manager, Ron, refused to honor the price that I had in writing. They were both incredibly rude and neither apologized for straight out lying about the price OR wasting my time. This dealership is dishonest and disrespectful. I will never do business here again...and you shouldn’t either. More
