Quoted $89. 95 for oil change. When I got there it was $159.95, have no idea if they actually rotated my tires. Lug nut lock was in same exact location I left i 95 for oil change. Lug nut lock was in same exact location I left it for them and then to tip it off, my car had 16,300 miles and they told me I needed to have my brake fluid flushed. That was another $125.00. Reading up on this service it seems like as a rule of thumb you can do it every 30,000 miles or so but it doesn’t have to be done that often. I am disappointed. Decided to try the dealer service although it was more expensive but didn’t expect to get raked over the coals. Ended up being a $300.00 trip for what was really needed was an oil change. I brought the car used in September 2022 with a little over 11,000 miles on it and according to the service technician I spoke to before I brought the car in I should have just needed an oil change and tire rotation because the car had been fully inspected and services completed First and last time I will go to this dealer for service. More

I had seatbelt recall inspection and parts replaced, in addition to a 20,000 mile service which revealed a weak (original) battery. So relieved to have this replaced proactively. There was a question about what exactly would need to be done - replace the top of the passenger side outer mirror or replace the entire mirror. As it turned out, the entire mirror needed to be replaced. done - replace the top of the passenger side outer mirror or replace the entire mirror. As it turned out, the entire mirror needed to be replaced. However, I was not advised that this would need to be done until after the work was completed. Had I been advised of this, I would have asked that it be checked if this was covered under my extended warranty. As a result, I was told to check with the warranty company. I was advised by the representative of the warranty company that in order to know it the work was covered, they would have needed information from Shottenkirk Hoda as to the reasons the entire mirror needed to be replaced (I was told by SH that the mechanism for adjusting the mirror was broken), and the insurance company would have required documentation such as pictures. They could not reimburse me after the fact. As a result, I had a bill of almost $600. I am very unhappy about this and will be calling SH to speak with the manager. More
