My service rep Jennifer was outstanding and she made sure my service visit went as planned. I really appreciated that she didn't try to upsell me, which I hate. Called one morning and left message for Jennifer to call back. Never received call back. Called back 2 days later and made an appt for 7:30am. Jennifer had not yet arrived at work. Waited 15 min to check in back. Never received call back. Called back 2 days later and made an appt for 7:30am. Jennifer had not yet arrived at work. Waited 15 min to check in. Finally Tom helped me. Later in day Jennifer left message to call her back re repair work, I called her back and was on hold for 15 min. I will never use Jennifer again for service representative. More
