Made my day easy! No stress! I had a recall on my honda pilot and i had been putting it off thinking it would be a horrible day. But No! I made my appt a few days ahead of time an I had a recall on my honda pilot and i had been putting it off thinking it would be a horrible day. But No! I made my appt a few days ahead of time and the day of my appt Honda (Forest) call me to let me know my parts were in. I got there and they were waiting on me! They got me a rental car so i continue on with my day! They only had my car for 3 hrs and i thought it was going to be all day! Also when i walked into the customer lounge, a nice lady approach me to see if i need anything to drink or a snack! This is my 4th car i have bought from them 2 being a Honda and i never had a bad experience! More

Ethan took my vehicle in this morning and talked with me about what I had in mind and helped me arrive at the specific services that I needed. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me the price estimate I should expect. When it was discovered that I needed an alignment he called me, explained it to me, told me how it would change the price and was very honest and up front with me. He did not try to persuade me. . he gave me pros and cons and allowed me to make the decision. I am a 62 year old female owner of this vehicle and I'm at the mercy of the "mechanic". I know I do not have to worry about being mislead at Jerry Damson Honda. They treat me like I'm family and it is a WONDERFUL experience. This is my first Honda and I will never drive anything else. . partially because it's a great vehicle but ALSO because I can trust the employees there. I have had the car since 2013 but recently got a new phone. I had no idea how to set up the Blue tooth so simply was not using it. I ask about that when I made the appointment and they even helped me out with that!!! Thanks John Michael Totton. More

Excellent Service I have been using the Service Department ay this Dealership for 11 years. I have never had an instance of bad service during that time. The members of the service department are professional and get the problem fixed the first time. Kurt is always friendly and listens to determine the problem is rather than assuming he already knows.
