So many issues with my purchase. Primarily, the communication from the dealership was AWFUL. Secondly, they tried to take advantage of my grief over trading in my late husband's ca Primarily, the communication from the dealership was AWFUL. Secondly, they tried to take advantage of my grief over trading in my late husband's car by "low-balling" the offer for trade-in. I was about to leave when Jeff came to the rescue and determined the value of the car was "booked wrong" by the dealership and he fixed the offer. He was, interestingly, fired the following week. Third, the finance person didn't review the paperwork with me to advise me of the cost of the extended warranty or the cost of the nitrogen in the tires. The paperwork also listed the original (low-ball) offer for my trade-in. While the numbers were ultimately correct, it was a bunch of "fuzzy math." The reason I gave them a 2-star rating instead of 1-star is because they ended up fixing the issues after my brother-in-law fought with them for it. I will NEVER use them again or refer people to them. More
Jaimie was the most rude and disrespectful service person I have ever had dealings with. Would not let me talk and kept making accusations that we did something involving the electrical system. And I still have no idea what he was talking about. Said he was charging us for work that is under warranty. Car is a year old and absolutely nothing has been done to the car except oil changes. The problem was with the heat/air not working properly. Only worked at 60-62 degrees. After we we told him we shouldn’t have to pay for warranty work he told us not to ever come back. WTH. I just bought a brand new Nissan the day before from this dealership and he says this. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Contacted service manager Scott Ross and he has not even bothered the get back with me. I told him all about it. Says he will take care of it. SMH!!! Now I have a brand new car and they don’t want me to even get serviced there. UNBELIEVABLE!! The service department gets ZERO stars from me. I have contacted Nissan North America and have a case number. This is terrible business!! Jaimie Rohlmeier is absolutely the worst service person. And I do not have any confidence in his management. More
