Service tech Rosalyn was not very engaging or personable. I was having oil changed and another item looked at. Dropped off at 10:30a and did not get the video inspection until 3:57p. Still did not get the qu I was having oil changed and another item looked at. Dropped off at 10:30a and did not get the video inspection until 3:57p. Still did not get the quote for the work until I called. Barely made it back to get the car by 5:30p because I didn’t know when it was ready. Sorry, I do t have an entire day to spend for an oil change. Baker Nissan is more efficient in the service department. More

Brought my car in for AC service and I had purchased an extended warranty. The warranty company had some restrictions that made it difficult for Shottenkirk Nissan to perform the repairs within the guideli extended warranty. The warranty company had some restrictions that made it difficult for Shottenkirk Nissan to perform the repairs within the guidelines that they required. They could have easily sent me across town to the Nissan dealer I bought the warranty with. But Jamie Rohlmeier worked around the issues that put the dealership at a disadvantage and got the work approved. Can’t say thank you enough! More

Jaime greeted me within 2 minutes of pull up. He looked at my previous visit and was well aware of what needed to be repaired on my car. Maybe if recommend the dealership. People facing staff should be pleasant and have a disposition to deal with people. I stayed at the dealership while my vehicle was being serviced and that was ignored, making me wait for an update for over 2 hours. Wanted to add a state inspection And when I approached the counter, my advisor wasn’t there, so I asked another advisor for help. He said he’d let my advisor know abt the inspection so they could add it, and that never happened. I understand the dealership has undergone a lot of changes in the last years, but the changes sadly have been for the worst. It the other Nissan dealers weren’t as far as they are, I’d consider taking my business elsewhere. More
