I have an excellent credit score but still got 7% apr. vehicle hadn't went thru make ready, wasn't clean ,had water bottle and trash inside. wasn't full of fuel, had keys inside belonging to last loaner user, that i had to ups back to dealer. didn't notice th water bottle and trash inside. wasn't full of fuel, had keys inside belonging to last loaner user, that i had to ups back to dealer. didn't notice the incorrect sales price on closing paperwork that was $40.46 higher than the sale price. truck is still in warranty , and the drivers seat back doesn't work , took it to a closer toyota dealer and they wouldn't repair it , they stated it appeared someone had been into it . I said so what it's in warranty, called my sales person to ask if they would repair it at shottenkirk , and haven't heard a word back. so no i'm not at all happy with my buying experience !! and no i wouldn't recommend shottenkirk to anyone.
