So I found out today that on my truck I traded in I had something called shotenkirk customer care for $2000 that I didn’t ask for wasn’t explain to about or even know I had so now I’m trying to figure out if I can get my money back on that then I was told that a warranty was only going to cost me $17 a month and then I found out that they upped charge me over $7500 for gap and a extended warranty and the salesman promised me that it was only gonna cost $17 a month or the finance manager. I called the company that financed the Jeep and was told how much that 7500 dollars cost me I’m beyond mad I also was told when I bought my Tacoma that if I didn’t buy the gap insurance that the bank wouldn’t finance me and so we needed the truck so I said OK that’s fine so we got the truck. I called the bank to verify everything and I asked them why they would say that they said that was a total lie so I was lied to about that. Also Be careful when you sign your contacts on these don’t be stupid like me and just sign because you’re excited read the fine print because I’ve been screwed three different times now I didn’t even realize I had customer care on my other vehicle. They didn’t even tell me about it and I paid over $100 to get a new key made. Apparently that also was included which nobody told me about im so stupid. Sometimes I need to start reading contracts better be aware. I would not ever ever purchase a vehicle from these people again.
