They lack truthful communication skills. I feel like I was taken advantage of. Especially when I (after the purchase) found out I bought a car that was in Hurricane Harvey and was not told ! I have COPD and feel like the car endangers my health more. I bought a Powertrain Warranty/Service Contract, which took 6 months (after numerous calls & them hanging up on me or giving the run around) to get copy of Contract. My signature was forged. That in its self is fraud. I received only page 1 of 6. I was also promised a FOB for car and never received it. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy if I had one. More
The dealership was okay but I had issues with Trevor from the beginning. I drove an hour and a half to see a vehicle. He knew that the vehicle was not ready but let me drive that far anyway. He acted like he the beginning. I drove an hour and a half to see a vehicle. He knew that the vehicle was not ready but let me drive that far anyway. He acted like he didn't know where it was on the lot but drove us straight to the back of the dealership to see it. It was traded in over a week prior but had not been cleaned at all. Still had a lot of personal belongings in it from the previous owner. Then he wouldn't let me drive it since it had not been thru the inspection process. I reminded him that I drove so far to see/drive the truck but he acted like he didn't know it wasn't ready to see. I was given $15K for my trade in but it's on the lot now for $24K. I was seeking $20k.They knew it was worth more but said that it wasn't. They could have given me more for my trade since I paid in an additional $27K for the new vehicle. Ultimately, I bought the newer vehicle but Trevor didn't tell me about any of the features it had or what they had done to it to sell it. (ie brakes, new tires, oil change etc,) I had to find all that out on my own or call and ask. I am still finding out things to this day and it's been over a month. The electric side steps have been malfunctioning since the 1st week. I had to unplug them because they wouldn't go up and the lights would not go off. I am still trying to get them fixed. The windshield was cracked and it took a month to get replaced. I had to call multiple times and multiple people to get answers because Trevor never answered the phone. The one time he did, he said he would call me right back but never did. I asked about ordering another key fob but instead of securing one for me, he gave me their contact to call myself. I understand this is a business but I felt like I was just a number to them and still feel taken advantage of. If another vehicle of the same caliber was available anywhere else, I would have left. More
