I went in for an oil change. That is all they wrote down. They said it would take 45 minutes. It took over 1hour and 15 minutes. The service person and tried to get me to authorize many other things they said I needed. All the inspections probably cost the additional 30 minutes. Do you not realize I can cet an oil change in 15 minutes at other places and will do so in the future. Only necessities. through your shop. No other waisting my time with your misguided service reps.
