My husband and I were prepared to pay cash for a Tiguan to replace our daughters car yha go totalled. (Not her fault). We offered to pay for the car plus tt&l. We were informed that we had to purchase $ to replace our daughters car yha go totalled. (Not her fault). We offered to pay for the car plus tt&l. We were informed that we had to purchase $6,000 in add-ons we did not want. I have never been told I have to purchase a service plan, lo jack etc. It is false advertising and unethical on their part. I suggest avoiding any dealership with the name shottenkirk. More

We picked up a 2019 Camaro at about 8pm. ... at 9:30 we were on the side of the road on I635 calling a tow truck because the car shut off and wouldn't start. This is the worst experience i've ever had and I've had some lemons .... it's 10:06 and my car is still on the interstate and I have to pay 200 dollars for towing.
