I am not sure why if you have an appointment that it takes 2.5 hours to change the oil and have a wheel alignment done. If you are running behind than maybe you should tell me that you are running behin takes 2.5 hours to change the oil and have a wheel alignment done. Then the service advisor said he has high standards that most people do not understand. If that was high standards, then not sure what I got.
