I am not sure why if you have an appointment that it takes 2.5 hours to change the oil and have a wheel alignment done. If you are running behind than maybe you should tell me that you are running behin takes 2.5 hours to change the oil and have a wheel alignment done. Then the service advisor said he has high standards that most people do not understand. If that was high standards, then not sure what I got. Exceptionally bad car buying experience. Pressured me into buying the car before I saw it. The car arrived 6 weeks later than promised - and it was the wrong trim level.
