Onboard computer indicated it was time for oil change. Mileage matched the Shottenkirk sticker on windshield that indicated I needed an oil change. The man working with him anymore, so I’m going to put this here. Hey there, my husband went to see y’all on January 6th. He purchased a RAM 1500. The man working with him knew our budget and although the truck ended up going over our budget, at least they gave us the correct monthly amount. The problem with this is my husband said multiple times he didn’t want the extended warranty. And they had all agreed to it. But looking at our papers today (because the whole amount financed seemed high) I see a fee of $5295 for a “service contract” (also known as an extended warranty). I feel absolutely terrible, I feel like we’ve been taken advantage of and can’t believe they added this in. More
