DO NOT GO THERE!!! They lie and promise things to you only to find out later they are not true. We were told we had to purchase the Shottenkirk Customer Care warranty because it's added to every vehicle only to find out later they are not true. We were told we had to purchase the Shottenkirk Customer Care warranty because it's added to every vehicle plus its an extra 1000.00 dollars. We were told it covered windshield cracks, paint dings and key replacement. When called and finally got someone to speak with me they tell me I don't have key replacement. When I purchased the car they also promised to find the extra set of keys and mail them to me which they never did. Now that I need a key replacement I am out ok luck. Take my advice-just stay away!! More
Always have received good service here. They have a new texting system to tell you about issues and ask if you want them fixed. If I didn’t have my phone I could still be sitting there. Angelica in the service department was very nice. My problem was diagnosed and repaired in a timely fashion in about 24 hours. Scheduled a test drive, received a confirmation call from the dealership the day before. Flew over 1000 miles to DFW and visited the dealership at my scheduled appointment time. The sales person stated he the dealership the day before. Flew over 1000 miles to DFW and visited the dealership at my scheduled appointment time. The sales person stated he needed to go "speak to his manager and pull the vehicle around." He returned saying that the vehicle had been sold. I made it clear I was traveling to check out this vehicle and was not offered any opportunity to lock it in or otherwise ensure the vehicle would be available. This was a wasted trip and I am unable to convey how frustrating this situation is. Recommend looking elsewhere. More
