Kelly was aware of our appt time and knew the vehicle in question. Ironic I waited over an hour as the guy searched for the vehicle. How do you have keys for a vehicle but the vehicle is M.I.A. The communication between the salesman and the financial team here is awful. They told us we were good to go on info we provided; only needing paystubs emailed in the next few days. A few days later they wouldn’t allow us to leave with the car and needed 4 more documents that they had not previously asked for. I feel like the sale was hurried and communication was sloppy. For future reference they should probably give people a CLEAR list of all the paperwork they need. More

Service lady tried to convince me that I needed an $1100 service that was just performed at 108,000 and 120,000 miles .
