Ridiculous fees. Had a 2017 Tahoe for $43,974 on their website and the out the door price after $5k in ridiculous fees brought the out the door price to $52k. Please avoid places like this that prey on u website and the out the door price after $5k in ridiculous fees brought the out the door price to $52k. Please avoid places like this that prey on unsuspecting people. Complaints have been filed with Ken Paxton’s office/Texas Consumer Protection and the Texas DMV Dealer complaints. Glad I didn’t drive 3 hours one way. Shottenkirk Care is $3k and only offers 3k miles of protection. Spend your money elsewhere. More

Overall a bad experience. Sales guy was rude and acted like it was an issue to sell me the car because it was late…I’m sorry I also have a job…then cut my test drive short because he wanted to get back I like it was an issue to sell me the car because it was late…I’m sorry I also have a job…then cut my test drive short because he wanted to get back I guess, I didn’t even get to put 2 miles on a car I was buying, as soon as we got to cruising speed he said “ok do a u turn here and let’s head back” and then made a comment about my credit score and how “You better have a good credit score”. Finance was good. They forgot to state inspect the car so we had to drive it back an hour, a month after we got it to have that done and the battery had to be replaced 2 weeks after I bought it. The car is great but the salesman was horrible. I would never do business with them again because of him, the finance guy was great and made everything “work” but still an upsetting situation. Sales guy was young and needs to learn customer service skills. 0 stars deserved. More

Did not feel valued and was jerked around too many times. Came by after work to look at car and was not ready. (Should have left at that point but I have tried to test drive used cars with same issues elsewh Came by after work to look at car and was not ready. Had to jump battery and then car would not stay off and drained battery when I got home (Issues with body control module they had to send to Honda to fix). Did not fill up car after purchased and Sam said they did not do that for used cars?? Then after they had the car for a week went to pick up and was told after I drove over an hour the service manager wanted to keep another day and would bring the next with full tank of gas and detailed. Brought the next day on empty and not cleaned and I sent it back so could follow through with what was promised. Had a cretificate from Sam's Club auto and tried to increase Shottenkirk care (which is a joke) by $1,000 and they had to send a check to toyota financing for the difference. Would not recommend. Very lazy and shady employees. More

We got no updates on the vehicle status and got the vehicle back filthy with mud all over it. The location of the seat heater buttons installed was horrible. Pretty disappointing for our first service department visit. Don’t get me started on sales. We were promised the vehicle had remote starting option with the Toyota app and the key fob. This was mentioned a few times during the sale. Our vehicle has NO such options. We feel cheated. More
