The communication between the salesman and the financial team here is awful. They told us we were good to go on info we provided; only needing paystubs emailed in the next few days. A few days later they wouldn’t allow us to leave with the car and needed 4 more documents that they had not previously asked for. I feel like the sale was hurried and communication was sloppy. For future reference they should probably give people a CLEAR list of all the paperwork they need. More

Went in to look at an Ford F250 in the used lot. On the website they advertise their "SALE PRICE" but then when I get there they add 7 thousand to that so called SALE PRICE stated on the website. Their explanation is a very small disclaimer of due to the current auto situation we're adding to the price. I don't care if you want to sell the car for 200 thousand, that's your right. But show that price and not LIE ABOUT IT... I'm looking into lawsuit options. I don't care if it goes anywhere as long as I can waste their time as they did mine. More
