My experience with Shottenkirk Toyota was the worst and most dishonest customer service experience ever. 3 people who made my experience horrible. 1 - Dianne, she has no idea what she is doing. She promised me a second Key for my vehicle after “confirming” and calls me 3 days after to apologize because she “thought” she had it. 2- Mr Brian from finance department, he changed the price I settled with Dianne “the deal price” I accepted, not only this, he also changed the of length credit from 72 to 60 months and made My monthly quote over $100 more than budgeted. when I said that’s not what you offered to me he said “I’m sorry Mr Gonzalez we are doing bussines, and we need to make money” and yes Mr Brian but do it in an honest way, not cheating your clients. The third person Mike, sales manager, the most dishonest who just showed me how every body in this dealership just tried to save their xxx, “be careful before you sign” were his words.
