Expected a better quality of service. Eduardo and Anthony was great, but Mike the finance guy was very rude and that really was a bummer. Also the truck was not serviced even though they pride themselves on was great, but Mike the finance guy was very rude and that really was a bummer. . Went to Shotttenkirk for an oil change. $78.00 later was on our way home. Got home and checked everything over as I usually do, only to find the eng. air filter was not checked as the cabin filter. Both was on our way home. Got home and checked everything over as I usually do, only to find the eng. air filter was not checked as the cabin filter. Both were plugged and nasty. . Replaced both myself. Don't know what happened and how it was missed, but it needs to be fixed. Contacted Shottenkirk, no response. Have two other Toyota's do not know if I will return. More
