I had a small problem with my previous car that he unhesitatively took care of and even had it washed for me, eventhough I wasn't trading it in. When I arrived, he had the paperwork in order, coordinated the prep of the new vehicle, and smoothly made the transistion to the financial officer, Kevin; who also was the ultimate in professionalism, efficiency, and knowledge. I wasn't at the dealer longer than 40 minutes before I was driving my new car home. Joey even volunteered to drive my old car back to my house.
