When I first called the service desk I was given incorrect information concerning the estimated cost of the repair. Fortunately I received a phone call from a different rep named Rachel who was very incorrect information concerning the estimated cost of the repair. First visit definitely not a good one. I always put red Dotson my rear tires before we go in for service. Tires were supposed to be rotated, I mentioned it to our service person, they acknowledge it & th Dotson my rear tires before we go in for service. Had to bring my car back since dealership did NOT do a state inspection prior to selling me the vehicle. Dealership didn’t notify me, I had to notify them. Does not communicate with customer. Does not call with vehicle updates I kept calling for updates and advisor would tell me they would check in shop and call back but they never did.
