Manny was great, but there are a couple issues that need addressing in the service dept as a whole. First, 2.5 hrs for a scheduled oil change is colossal and I’m not sure I’ll be back for that fact alone. I addressing in the service dept as a whole. Also, my wife was getting the text updates during service, even though I entered my phone number when scheduling the service, so there seems to be a disconnect in those systems. More
