I attempted three times to acquire my second key with my maintenance, was assured by Tanya that they would have a tech to do it, I get there each time and was informed that they did not have a technician to maintenance, was assured by Tanya that they would have a tech to do it, I get there each time and was informed that they did not have a technician to program the key. I had to make an appointment on a week day to acquire the key. Could have saved time and frustration if I’d been informed that from the start. They had marked off that they checked and filled my tires, but they had not. The warning light was on because they needed air. I had to return to have it done.
