Frustrating because this is the 2nd time for the same general issue. Plus the l of time and the fact I paid to have my vehicle towed when the problem was a seal on a repair that was just done a few weeks general issue. When my car was serviced last Monday, I specifically requested that the service techs check the cause of my tire pressure light's being on. When I got into my car, the light was still on. I returned to requested that the service techs check the cause of my tire pressure light's being on. When I got into my car, the light was still on. I returned to the service desk and mentioned the light was still on. The person at the desk walked to my car, added air to the tires, and said the tire pressure was fine. Within hours the tire pressure light came back on. Meanwhile, I completed an evaluation with that information. My husband received a voicemail from a Mike Shunk asking for a call back, I phoned the number (217-224-1500), was put on hold, and then the call was cut off. On Friday--tire light still on--I returned to Shottenkirk and they removed a nail from my tire, fixing the problem and charging me $30. While I do not object paying for service, the problem should have been identified and corrected during my routine service call five days earlier. A very disappointing experience . . . Martha Rapp More
