This dealership is OK for service but sold us the 2021 Tacoma TRD that has a terrible electronics system. Our 2017 Tacoma TRD had a very good electronics system, very good navigation and blue tooth where Tacoma TRD that has a terrible electronics system. I wanted to get our 2017 Tacoma TRD back the next day and couldn't because they wanted $ 2,000.00 in trade in back. The Service Department is good, sales and what they sold me is the worst I've ever seen and a good number of folks around this are know it too. More

The dealership acknowledged that the transmission was jerky and had lags but said it was normal for this car. I have bought 7 Highlanders from them over the years. Never had a problem until this car. No communication whatsoever, rarely got a phone calls back when it came to being updated on the car I bought. Wasn’t sure I was able to catch a problem significant with the car when they didn’t after doi back when it came to being updated on the car I bought. Don’t recommend doing business with the salesman JJ again either wasn’t very helpful wouldn’t return my calls never shook my hand never felt like I was valued or appreciated there. Even had to take my own plates off the car and transfer to my new car myself after not being offered any help with it. Defiantly the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had! More
