Without any BS, they’ve helped me when I needed it most. They’ve earned my business for the coming years. They bent over backwards to get me in my vehicle. They’ve earned my business for the coming years. They bent over backwards to get me in my vehicle. More
They are liars here. Promised me that my 2013 Kia Optima wasn’t wrecked simply because it wasn’t on the CarFax report. You can clearly see it was wrecked and I just found out today that it didn’t come with wasn’t wrecked simply because it wasn’t on the CarFax report. You can clearly see it was wrecked and I just found out today that it didn’t come with a spare tire kit, none of it! Empty and bare just like their promises. Don’t go here, go where they have respect for their consumer instead of lying to them. More

Liars. Absolute liars. I wouldn't trust this dealership with anything. I just received a lottery style mailer that had me as a winner for a free TV. Now I know that there's usually a gimmick. So I called a with anything. I just received a lottery style mailer that had me as a winner for a free TV. Now I know that there's usually a gimmick. So I called ahead and specifically asked if I had to buy anything, or if there was any other catch or fine print that I needed to be aware of before I drove the 40 minutes to their location. And they were very clear that there was no other steps. I just show up and get the TV. When I get there, the owner comes up with a piece of paper and says your number at the bottom of the mailer has to match the number on this piece of paper. And the look on his face automatically said that he knew it wouldn't match. And it didn't. When I asked why that wasn't clarified when I called, he just shrugged and said they didn't need to tell me. Because buried in the fine print, on the back, it said the numbers had to match their board too. Yet when I called, the person at the dealership said that as long as the numbers on my page match, that's all. The xxxx thing is that me and my wife have been talking about buying a minivan for over 6 months. We've just been waiting for the right opportunity. This seemed like it, a sign. And I walked in there ready to drop 50% cash on a 2018 minivan they have listed. I would never give these guys a cent of your money, or a second of your time. Because they will openly lie to you about anything and then say "You could have read the fine print". And if they are willing to lie this blatantly on a TV that probably cost $500, imagine how much they will lie to make a $10-20,000 sale More
Unhappy to say the least...found a vehicle we wanted and spent two days talking to "Dan" and working out a deal. Went through their credit approval app with flying colors just for "Dan and Sam" to leave us spent two days talking to "Dan" and working out a deal. Went through their credit approval app with flying colors just for "Dan and Sam" to leave us hanging for 24 hours despite us trying to contact them multiple times. When "Dan" finally had the decency to respond, they had sold it out from under us apparently while they were wasting our time...as if we were thier backup plan. I guess "Dan" wasn't "trying to do me a solid" after all. Lousy way to do business More
Chantel Myers really makes buying a car a great experience. She works very hard to get you the best deal that she can and is very transparent about the whole process. The salesman and sales manager were nice enough, but the way this company does buisness is shady, they lied to get me to drive a hour and a half, then told me I would need a Large down payment, after I told way this company does buisness is shady, they lied to get me to drive a hour and a half, then told me I would need a Large down payment, after I told them honestly what I had to offer and they told me I was pre approved, hate being lied to is why I'm taking time to write this review More

We decided to get another minivan, just to occasionally haul grandkids. Our old one just wasn't worth fixing. The Facebook ad said $9750, big black letters, nothing else. The "Show Me Auto Mall" i haul grandkids. Our old one just wasn't worth fixing. The Facebook ad said $9750, big black letters, nothing else. The "Show Me Auto Mall" in Harrison Mo is about a half hour south of our kid's place. We had planned ahead, and before a visit, went by our bank and got $10k in fresh bills. Saturday afternoon we excused ourselves from the kids for a bit, expecting to drive two vehicles back. When we got there, the salesman (like in many lots), was at our truck before we emerged, directing me in backing into the space, although I didn't ask or need help. Nice enough fellow. We had parked next to the van. He asked if the miles were too high, I told him that if the price was right, it would be fine. He told me that the "Internet price" was what they'd sell it for, there was no negotiation. Fair enough. Then he looked at a paper on the window, and mentioned casually that there was a charge of something around $997 (if memory serves) for "things like nitrogen in the tires, and some other stuff". 10% more than the "Internet price" for nitrogen and stuff. Ok. I thought about suggesting that they could have their nitrogen back, but I figured the other "stuff" could be oil, tires, pistons, hard to say what. I smiled and said "we're done". As I got back in my truck, he said "there's also another $1000 charge if you bring your own financing or pay cash". I asked why none of this was simply in the advertised price, he informed me all of this information was in the "additional details" button. When I got back, I looked at the Facebook ad again, and couldn't find such a button, but perhaps I'm somehow missing it. I'm not, but hey, I've made mistakes. I told him that I considered their methods dishonest, and his reply was the classic one, "I don't make the rules". It seemed important to him that I understand that all of this was OK. I was actually grateful to have gotten away with an hour and some gas wasted, feeling this was preferable to honest price advertising, and integrity failures showing up a few hundred miles down the road with undisclosed mechanical issues.
