Buyer beware. We bought a vehicle here because we were in a tight spot and needed something quickly, which turned out to be a massive mistake. Right after driving We bought a vehicle here because we were in a tight spot and needed something quickly, which turned out to be a massive mistake. Right after driving it home, the check engine light came on. Management refused to fix it, seemingly bitter that we had negotiated a lower price. Fortunately, the service department stepped in, promised a loaner vehicle, and advised that the necessary parts had been ordered. However, when I called back two days later, I was told the parts were in but no loaner was available—and this lack of a loaner was the exact reason they hadn’t bothered to call and update us. Their customer service completely disappears the second they have your money. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone." More
