If you can avoid going to this dealership- DO SO. They got me into a truck that was supposed to pretty nice. Getting it home, I learned of an oil pan leak, side mirror was cracked and didn’t work, th They got me into a truck that was supposed to pretty nice. Getting it home, I learned of an oil pan leak, side mirror was cracked and didn’t work, there was an awful vibration that would rattle all of the seats (they said it was because of the tires- definitely not), the leather on the dash was damaged and the heating/cooling seat wasn’t working. I took it back up to have these things fixed and I wound up being without my truck for a month (obviously not being able to use my temp tag before tagging). Everytime I called they said it would be another week and that they were “waiting on parts”. Turns out the parts were already there- they just didn’t prioritize my truck since it was already a sale. Service manager is very unprofessional and called me names and accused me of putting sales and service departments against each other when I was simply asking about my truck because I couldn’t get answers from service. When I picked up my truck the seat and the oil pan were the only things fixed. The service manager said he would call me back in a week to try and resolve the other issues after I called and asked why the other things weren’t fixed. It’s been over a month since we last talked and I still haven’t received a call back. More

Found a car that checked all the boxes from SMAM .
