Luckily we were in Harrisonville but unlucky because my Avalanche was packed full for a long weekend at our cabin. When I first talked to Tobey, he said there was no way they could even look at it that day, but after I explained my situation they made arrangements to tow my vehicle in and to determine what was wrong, and when it was determined that I needed a new transmission they provided me a rental, which was a pickup that provided me the legroom I needed since I am 6'5" and the room to carry all the stuff I had packed in my Avalanche. Tobey was great and provided me with a solution that allowed us to still get to our cabin that day and enjoy a weekend at the lake. I was provided with regular updates on the status of my repair and when done i was able to just pick it up on our way home from the lake. Excellent customer service! More
