Trade in deal I loaded up the wife and 2 young boys to make a 2 hour drive for an older inexpensive truck. I didn't really have time to search the lot for other trucks that night, but I was impressed with Mike and the team. Later that night I found another great truck on the showmeauto website and the rest is history. The next day we loaded up and made the drive again. Above & Beyond Customer Service I brought my car in recently with a horrible grinding noise. Being a single woman I was afraid of being taken advantage of and this appointment costin I brought my car in recently with a horrible grinding noise. Being a single woman I was afraid of being taken advantage of and this appointment costing me a fortune. That wasn't the case at all!! Doug took great care of me. He had the problem identified and taken care of in a couple of hours and the price was less than I had expected. He was very courteous and professional. He actually went above and beyond, I feel, because he knew I had something unexpected come up and he offered to let me borrow a car while mine was being worked on to go take care of what I needed to. I couldn't believe it. In the future I will recommend Show Me Auto Mall if someone is looking into buying another vehicle and I will definitely recommend Doug, a reliable and honest man, if someone is having an issue with their vehicle and needs it looked at or repaired.
