She had checked with every dealer in the Kansas City area and as I predicted, no one would work for her. If they didn't have it, it wasn't worth they're time to help her look for what she wanted. She finally got a hold of a salesman named Josh Mcanally at show me auto mall in Harrisonville Mo. Note: I have my wife deal with salesmen because I can't stand most of them. In this case, Josh was the perfect salesman. Not only did he get me the exact truck I wanted but he never was pushy. He was very patient with me and before I knew it, I was driving my truck home and I was one happy camper. I currently own 9 vehicles between my work and family. I have 3 we want to replace. I'm only going to Josh to make this happen. I hope that you use his personable talent as a standard for all your staff to follow. Customer Service Standard I've been looking to buy a vehicle long distance and that is never an easy task. I just wanted to pass on in a day and age that customer service seem I've been looking to buy a vehicle long distance and that is never an easy task. I just wanted to pass on in a day and age that customer service seems to be going the way of the dino, that the staff here has stepped up to set the standard. Very quick with answering all my questions, quick to return calls and messages and if someone wasnt able to they promptly found someone who could. A special note to Dick Mais. I was passing through the area after work late at night, well after the dealership hours and stopped to look at a vehicle, Dick was passing by, stopped, in a rain storm no less and spent a good 20 minutes with me answering all my questions, honestly and professionally when it wasnt even his sale. I have no reason to believe that this isnt a customer service standard passed down from the top to bottom in this organization. Well done guys. More

Positive Sale and Repair Experience I'm happy with my overall experience with Show Me Auto Mall. Rocky was very nice and helpful during the sales process. They were very willing to fix it and I had my car back in two days. Things happen, I'm just very appreciative that they were so accommodating and willing to make a repair to a brand new purchase even after I drove off the lot with it. Nice truck so far, just bad experience overall. Arranged for delivery of truck. They ate shipping costs so that was a plus, but was days late on delivery. Then on day of delivery the driver was hour Arranged for delivery of truck. They ate shipping costs so that was a plus, but was days late on delivery. Then on day of delivery the driver was hours late. Truck smelled like driver smoked inside cab the entire trip (3-4hrs). Truck was muddy and on quater tank when delivered. Was told it was supposed to be washed and tank full of gas. Was also told by salesman he would send gas card in the mail but haven't seen it yet. It's been 3 weeks.. One thing I'm not sure on: I was told by the salesman that the state of MO made them charge me a $199 "fee" but when I filled out paperwork I had to sign a form saying I understood the fee was not required by law but by dealer. I won't be using them again, I feel like I got screwed. More
