Warranty work I purchased my 2013 Ford Escape less than 30 days ago, imagine my dismay when Wed night it broke down, shutting down do to a coolant issue. I had pur I purchased my 2013 Ford Escape less than 30 days ago, imagine my dismay when Wed night it broke down, shutting down do to a coolant issue. I had purchased the lifetime warranty so called the service department to see what to do. I called the service and had my car towed to the dealership. Dillon Hoffman picked me up and made sure I got to the dealership before six so I could get a loaner to drive. I was upset that my car had a problem when I had put less than 700 miles on it. Dillon made sure everything was taken care of at no cost to me. I was very satisfied with the service, car runs better than ever. Thanks Dillon More

The service after the sale has not been anything to brag about. They didn't do some of the things they said they would and my wife was treated horrible when she took the truck back to get it serviced, which they didn't do. We have a nice truck but won't deal with them again More
