They go above and beyond. I found a wonderful car through their website, the exact make/model I needed and not too high of mileage. They did a full service on it, checked its history, and replaced 2 tires that wouldn't have survived the winter. They even took me back to their service area to see 3 guys working their tails off to make sure that car was spotless before I even signed the check. The level of service was great, but it was the professionalism of the salesman Mike that really won me over. I've been to several dealerships recently only to have the same pushy sales tactics repeated over and over. I knew what I wanted, I knew what I could afford, and I didn't need to be tricked into an up-sale and some obscene loan with terms I could never meet. Mike helped me get the car I needed and best of all I didn't spend half a day haggling. More
