Nick, Josh, and the GM were all very accessible, even by text message. I was told that no wrecks had ever occurred. I wasn't told until after I purchased it that it had been repossessed from original owner. I think the truck has been in an acident. 2 weeks after purchasing, check engine light came on. Had it looked at by Chevy dealer and it is not going to be a small fix. Since owning, power has literally shut off COMPLETELY while driving 70 mph on interstate...3 different times. Scary stuff when it's at night. Anyway, I had the alternator and battery tested. Battery power was good, however, the dealer put in an incredibly cheap and small battery...WAY too small for a big Silverado truck (500 CCA). So, I had to buy a new $175 battery with correct power amp in order to keep the truck from overloading. Hopefully I don't lose power again. Also, no spare tire with the truck, which I suppose is my fault for not noticing before purchasing. Got a great price on the truck, I just hope it is not a lemon, as it is beginning to seem like it is. I reached out to the sales team and asked if they'd like to make all of this "right" before I put a bad review online, and they simply said "No, if you didn't purchase the extended warranty, there's nothing we can do. Bad things happen to good people sometimes." I live 2 hours from the dealer so it was a bit of a pain to visit them several times. They even forgot to give me an inspection sheet so that when I went to get the vehicle licensed, I didn't have what I needed. They later mailed me one, which they obviously just filled out in order to appease me and keep me from having to drive back in for a $20 inspection. More

VIP treatment start to finish I have owned many cars and had many experiences with dealerships. Never have I received the treatment I received from the guys at Show Me. They even allowed me to take the Corvette I ended up buying home for 2 days to make sure it was the right car for me and I live 45 minutes away. GREAT guys and AWESOME warranties Dealership pros: FRIENDLY salesmen, LARGE SELECTION of vehicles, OUTSTANDING warranties, NO PRESSURE Dealership cons: Feel finance department did n Dealership pros: FRIENDLY salesmen, LARGE SELECTION of vehicles, OUTSTANDING warranties, NO PRESSURE Dealership cons: Feel finance department did not disclose enough information to salesman before meeting with that department. However, things were professionally resolved before leaving that department. After hearing about this awesome dealership in Harrisonville, I had to add it to my hunt for a vehicle. Dick Mais greeted me and let me investigate the entire lot, even the "not listed yet" vehicles to help me with my automobile needs. Dick listened to my needs and wants... and was able to directly recommend specific vehicles which would satisfy my requests. After letting me test drive several vehicles, I selected the best car and deal for me. Listed price was lower than comparatives on KBB and NADA and even let me have a mechanic inspect the car before purchasing it. Lifetime warranty, first year of service on them, and Dick made sure my "used" vehicle was just like a "new" vehicle by having the service department take care of some things you would expect with used vehicles. They cleaned it, shined the tires and checked the pressure, touched up some paint, installed a brand new windshield that even beads away rain, and Dick made sure I had plenty of gas. No one else can match the warranties offered for the qualifying vehicles. Cannot totally rate the service department yet, but thinking if the same friendliness, professionalism, and "wow" will be extended through out the entire Show Me Auto Mall, then this dealership will have the complete package and you will not want to do business anywhere else. My only qualm was some of the pricing that came up during the finance department meeting which had not been suggested as possibilities before meeting with them.. Some information was brought to my attention by my salesman Dick before going into the financial office; like what is included in their pricing and services, sometimes with financing there could be a down payment, and there are fees for extending warranties. However, that qualm was assured by the professional explanations, the detailed explanations of any of the paperwork, and the double-checking of information before the process was finalized. Although SHOW ME AUTO MALL is not in your immediate neighborhood, CHECK OUT their large inventory, GREAT customer service and AWESOME warranties! More

Trade in deal I loaded up the wife and 2 young boys to make a 2 hour drive for an older inexpensive truck. I didn't really have time to search the lot for other trucks that night, but I was impressed with Mike and the team. Later that night I found another great truck on the showmeauto website and the rest is history. The next day we loaded up and made the drive again.
