My service advisors are very transparent in informing me of issues that need to be addressed. Their explanations are easy to understand. I trust them completely to let me know if something needs to be taken of issues that need to be addressed. Their explanations are easy to understand. They do an exceptional job with your vehicle but wait times are not the best and same goes for their waiting room. It’s hot and unpleasant.
