About 8:30 a. m. Monday, December 19, I took my Honda CRV to Showcase service center. I was concerned about a message I was getting about my tires. A woman agent m. Monday, December 19, I took my Honda CRV to Showcase service center. I was concerned about a message I was getting about my tires. A woman agent came to my car. She LISTENED to me as I told her my problem. She proceeded to contact the right people in the service department. Quickly, I was told to take my car to the service department. She followed me. There a young man came to the car, checked everything, fixed what needed to be fixed. Neither of them tried to convince me to buy this/ that, get service that I didn't need. They fixed my problem. I wish all the agents could be so professional! More
