Update: These people are liars and cheaters and I will NEVER do business with them again. I wouldn’t refer a living soul to this place. They force people to give them 5 star ratings and reviews by harassing them and told me they will be fined if I didn’t. They will be hearing from my lawyer

audi A3 potential customer responded

How many customers where in contact with your representative by the name Rob for a vehicle named Audi A3 (the only A3 existent on the lot, priced online at $20,900 before taxes) and then talked to a person in the dealership named Ismael Lopez plus to his two managers? I know you do not like it but this is what a customer's experience in Showcase Honda was in Jan 2022. It is not just that it takes your sales reps 20 minutes to find out how the gas cap is opening on an Audi (this is an actual fact, I waited 20 minutes for Ismael to phone somebody and learn who an Audi's gas cap would open when I went out for a test drive) but the customer service here is exactly as it was described by you: "we are unable....." The potential customers have to know - And Warren Buffet and his lieutenants as well, if they give a "dime" on what's going on in their front lines.
