I love the fact that I don't feel overwhelmed by the amount the calls she provide me. She doesn't apply pressure to force me to buy anything, she listens to my wants and concerns and address them as needed. I trust her feedback and guidance with every step of the way. I feel like I am more than an customer and its not about a sale but its about her assisting me with my purchase from beginning to end.
