Horrible experience Visited Showcase Honda after looking at the listings on Truecar, First they said they had the CRV I wanted. But I was shocked to know they did not hav Visited Showcase Honda after looking at the listings on Truecar, First they said they had the CRV I wanted. But I was shocked to know they did not have the vehicle they promised me and the price. I chose a different color and Touring trim. Now they said another sales person took the keys home. The manager assured that they will give me a temporary vehicle, and replace it with the specific vehicle I wanted. Which was later retracted which again shocking me. Since they already did a credit check and all the documentation by then I was forced to choose a Color which was left in the inventory. They gave me 3 year service coupons to compensate for this horrible experience. 2 months later, I have unfortunately lost those service coupons, I've been calling to get a replacement coupons. But again the series of flip flops begin, the rep first told me to call the Manager, I call the Manager he said they will have a record of the service coupons and the rep will provide the coupons. The rep says there is no record of 3 years free service coupons, asked me to contact the someone else when it is time for service. I'm so tired and exhausted, I dread any interaction but unfortunately I cant help but to call them for their committed service. More

I used them 3 years ago before moving to Chicago and then returned this week for a 45K maintenance. Charles kept me posted throughout the day of progress, always checking in with me before moving forward and pricing was up front. The "white glove" treatment of picking up a SPOTLESS and shiny vehicle that was in the shade at the end of a long work day, was just wonderful. I'll be due for an oil change in about a month--I will definitely return here to see my friend Charles. I'm looking forward to another 150K out of this vehicle, thank you HONDA! More
