First service of my new Civic Mr. Vargas met me immediately and advised me it would take about 45 minutes to provide the service and wash my car. It was exactly as he indicated. What I especially appreciated was that the car was not just serviced and washed, but the inside was cleaned and wiped. That REALLY made me happy. The whole experience was outstanding! Stopped in for oil change and overall car check I called on Saturday to make an appointment for oil change. Dakota Henson took my call and was able to get me in the same day. Listened to all the things i wanted him to check. He was very courteous, professional, well spoken and knowledgeable. He told me it was going to take approximately one and a half hour to complete the work. I waited in the waiting area at the service center and in about one and half hour. he called me and took me to the office, pointed out to me on the receipt all the things that were checked. I felt good when i left the service center knowing that all critical items were checked and functioning well. Montana is a pleasant young man that wears a nice smile, happy looking and very enthusiastic. He represents your company very well and i will definitely go back to your service center if i needed any repair or routine maintenance. More
