Highly Satisfied Id been looking around a few dealers and was turned down because of my bad equity situation. I called showcase and spoke to Flavio Ornelas and he promised to do the best he could. We walked in and were greeted very nicely. After reviewing our information the Manager and Flavio accomplished to get me into a 2017 Civic SI. After doing finance with Issa , I couldnt be more happier than i am now knowing all the details included with my purchase. I was never told it was not possible, I was told they would do everything they could, and they did😁😁. I strongly reccommend going to showcase, you wont regret it !! More

Bait & switch I went to this dealer & worked with Brandon, Dakota, & Steve twice this week. On the first occasion, I first had them verify that a honda dealer in me I went to this dealer & worked with Brandon, Dakota, & Steve twice this week. On the first occasion, I first had them verify that a honda dealer in mesa did in fact have a car in stock & in the desired color that was listed on autotrader. After being told that the dealer in Mesa verified the color & that the car was in stock, I spent 2 hours negotiating a price - with Dakota & Brandon going back & forth to Steve. When we finally agreed on a price, Dakota came back & said the mesa dealer no longer had the car, but that they could sell me one of their cars (not in the color I wanted). I called the mesa dealer & verified that the car was in sock, drove down to mesa, only to discover that showcase had never really contacted them to verify that the car was in stock & was silver. Instead, their car in stock was red. Like a fool, I went back to Dakota after he & steve called. They were now going to look for a silver car located in CO as listed on autotrader. I called CO & verified the silver car with the correct specs was in stock. So today I went back and spent another 2 hours negotiating a price. When we finally agreed, dakota came back & said so sorry buy they couldn’t honor the price since they didn’t realize the car had a navigation system. However I had ALWAYS been looking for a car with navigation. That’s why I was having to arrange to ship a car - no cars with nav were available in AZ. Brandon & I had discussed this many times. In addition, I had given Dakota the autotrader listing with the stock #, VIN #, & full description of the car. In addition to not having a vehicle after twice negotiating on previously identified cars, I live 45 minutes to an hour away from showcase honda. So now in addition to being extremely upset, I have spent more than 8 hours negotiating on cars that showcase honda never intended to sell me. Truly outrageous behavior! More
