terrible buying experience bought 2016 Honda accord seems as though after you buy from them they tend to forget about you, traded in my vehicle for the new 2016 Honda Accord... My Payment is coming due soon on the one I traded in. these people have sworn to call me back never did . as they were suppose to ask their account department about whether the payoff check was wire transferred or a check was mailed. I keep stressing to them . My Payment on the old one is coming due . this is a load of crap . I hate that I ever even gave Showcase Honda a chance. as far as when I receive the phone call from Honda on their service its all ZEROS. My card also had scratches all over it when I bought it , yet they still havent got back to me on that. how professional is that. SHOWCASE HONDA SUCKS really they do . NEVER buying a Honda Ever again .... atleast the sales person was nice (Adan) even though he didnt explain the car fully probably cuz I test drove a Accord with all the feats days earlier. ty Adan for being so kind, ty Bonnie(Customer Loyalty) for trying . but after this yall NO MORE HONDA, sticking w/ Toyota (back to Toyota) this was the worse buying experience ever. good luck to anyone purchasing from Showcase Honda. Would travel back to AZ from CA to buy a car again I saw the 2 star avg review for this dealership and I was puzzled because I had a great experience purchasing a 2016 Honda Accord from Juan and Atul S I saw the 2 star avg review for this dealership and I was puzzled because I had a great experience purchasing a 2016 Honda Accord from Juan and Atul Sharma. I actually live in San Diego but flew in to Phoenix because they were only 1 of 2 dealerships in the US that had the car I wanted. I initially spoke to Juan on the 24th and he was nothing but helpful. He even made himself available via text over Christmas. Not expected but very nice. The day after I get a call from Atul Sharma. He made the whole buying process painless. He recognized that I was an out of state buyer. So we negotiated a price over email phone and text...and had it in writing before I stepped foot on an airplane. When I arrived at the airport they picked me up and brought me to the dealership. I didnt even wait 15 minutes from the time I was off the plane til pickup. At the dealership Atul let me test drive the car before signing anything. We then waited about 45 mins before going into the title/ finance office. Archi, the finance rep, did not try to sell me anything. He mentioned an aftermarket warranty but I declined and that was that. I spent 15 mins with him and was out the door. From there Mr Sharma was waiting by the car in the delivery area. He paired my phone and briefly explained the features. That was it. Painless. I would recommend this dealer and this sales team to anyone. More

They changed the advertised price on the car, added over $1400 in dealer addons, then changed the offer on my trade by $4000. In addition they play the "Let me go sell this to my boss" and "This trade is so nice I want to buy it for myself," I seriously had to check for my wallet after being around these con artists. This young man greeted me at the door, listen to what I wanted in a vehicle and showed me only what I asked for. Tevin was very professional and stayed with me throughout the whole process. Everyone I encountered at showcase Honda was very nice. I will be a life long customer thanks to the staff @ showcase Honda and Tevin Blevins. I love my new Honda Accord, Thank you!!! More
Advertised price was a little deceiving. Looking for a certified used Civic and found a 2013 on the internet. Met all of my wants and a very good asking price so decided to visit the dealersh Looking for a certified used Civic and found a 2013 on the internet. Met all of my wants and a very good asking price so decided to visit the dealership. Granted the asking price advertised does not include sales tax, registration, and all the other fees associated with buying a used car, but on this car the asking price did not include the requirements to certify also. This added up to around $2,000. Not sure if this is standard practice when buying a certified car, but to me, this is a little deceiving. Now I would still recommend this dealership because after negotiating for awhile, a fair purchase price was agreed upon that was very close to the advertised asking price. The salesman was not pushy or arrogant and was very helpful in answering all of my questions. More
Wont stop calling us repeat requests to stop We purchased two vehicles from this dealer in 2009 and then in 2012. In 2012 we left Phoenix and its now 2015 but they continue to call us almost wee We purchased two vehicles from this dealer in 2009 and then in 2012. In 2012 we left Phoenix and its now 2015 but they continue to call us almost weekly to try to get us to come in and trade in our car. Well since 2013 when they started harassing us I've told them repeatedly that we no longer live in Phoenix and when we are ready to trade in the car we will do so at our local dealer in Las Vegas. Well the calls continue, we have now traded our 2012 Accord for a 2014 at a dealer in Las Vegas and they continue to call us and each time I ask them to stop calling they say they will update the notes. Well today they called again (11/24/15) and the gentlemen informed me that there is no note on our profile stating not to call us anymore. I've emailed and called the GM of the dealer and no response from them either. I have reported this dealer to the FCC as well and contacted Honda Customer Care but was told they can't do anything about it. I love my Honda but I'm getting so sick of the telemarketing. I've gone as far as contacted them through Facebook and no response. I am not upset over the service they provided when we used them I'm simply irate over the fact that they keep calling us to try to get us to drive to Phoenix to purchase a car that I can purchase down the street from me and they wont honor my repeated requests. Maybe this bad review will get their attention. More

I did not expect this type of service from a Honda . Later he called me and spoke even more rude than before . Sorry to say but I would never recommend to going to them eapeicially talking to that manager. More
