We dropped off our FIT later in the day and had made arrangements with Neo for a ride home that day and a ride from home to Showcase the next day. Sure enought - our car was ready by 1pm the next day and Neo showed up at our home right at 3:30 the agreed upon time. Both Yvette and Neo were exceptionally professional and businesslike. As this was the first time I had service done since finally joining the Honda ownership world in March; the minimal amount of time that I was in the lobby area was much appreciated. I will of course be back to have some additional service done that isn't required but I'd like to have on the car and Daniel will be my advisor of record from this point moving forward.
